The role requires minimum 2 years in fine dining, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tables in a fast-paced atmosphere. Evening shifts and weekend availability are expected.

Qualifications

• 2 years of previous fine dining or upscale restaurant experience.
• Ability to commute to 1818 N. Loop 1604 West San Antonio, TX 78248.
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros.
• Shift availability for afternoon/night; week-nights highly preferred.
• Spanish and English language skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a warm, polished welcome to every guest.
• Deliver attentive, personalized service following Steps of Service.
• Take food and beverage orders using POS systems (Aloha or Micros).
• Know ingredients, preparation methods, chef features, and pairings.
• Recommend food, wine, cocktails, and desserts.
• Serve with fine dining presentation and precision.
• Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and support staff.
• Maintain clean, organized sections and reset tables efficiently.
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards.
• Handle payments accurately and responsibly.
