Job summary

Blü Prime Steakhouse in San Antonio is seeking an experienced Bartender who is passionate about craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, and delivering memorable guest experiences at a fine dining level. You will prepare cocktails, maintain a pristine bar, mentor junior staff, and collaborate with chefs on beverage pairings while complying with safety standards and TABC regulations.

This full-time role requires availability evenings and weekends with a base wage plus daily tips, and benefits

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of bartending in upscale environments.
• Extensive knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, premium spirits, and wine.
• Experience with fresh juices, syrups, wines, and elevated beverage pairings.
• Strong knowledge of flavor profiles, balance, and presentation.
• Ability to confidently recommend premium spirits, wines, and pairings.
• Spanish and English bilingual (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve craft cocktails, premium spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Follow house recipes and maintain high standards of presentation.
• Educate guests on ingredients, preparation methods, flavor profiles, and pairing options.
• Collaborate with chefs and management for seasonal beverage experiences.
• Maintain a clean, stocked bar and adherence to sanitation standards.
• Support private events and special restaurant experiences as needed.
• Follow TABC, food safety standards, and company policies.
