• Strong business and financial acumen capable of discussing metrics and results.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Presentable, charismatic, and comfortable representing an organization in affluent communities.
• Entrepreneurial, energetic, and growth-focused.
• Direct home care experience preferred, exceptional candidates from adjacent healthcare environments will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily operations, team performance, client experience, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive growth in client census, revenue, and market presence.
• Develop referral relationships with communities, healthcare organizations, and strategic partners.
• Represent the organization at networking and community events.
• Oversee marketing and business development initiatives, including digital strategies.
• Track census, revenue, staffing, growth, and profitability metrics to drive decisions.
• Ensure staffing and operational capacity to support growth.
• Identify and oversee Business Development/Marketing talent as the organization expands.
