Job summary

Senior Home Companions is seeking an Florida Executive Director to lead operations across Naples, Southwest Florida, and The Villages. You will translate mission and values into execution, build a high-performing Florida team, and ensure compliant, profitable growth while delivering exceptional client experiences.

You will oversee growth, regulatory compliance, and caregiver capacity, partnering with referral networks and leadership to achieve strategic targets.

Qualifications

• Significant leadership experience with responsibility for people, operations, and measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to lead, coach, motivate, develop, and hold others accountable.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including the ability to understand and manage budgets, financial statements, operating metrics, margins, and profitability.
• Ability to understand and take ownership of a P&L.
• Experience with business development, sales leadership, operations, caregiver recruitment, or a combination of these disciplines.
• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, social work, management, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel regularly throughout Naples, Southwest Florida, The Villages, and other company locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Florida leaders and team members; establish clear expectations and measurable goals.
• Develop growth strategies for Naples, Southwest Florida, and The Villages; manage partnerships.
• Own Florida P&L, budgets, and financial performance; drive profitability.
• Ensure AHCA compliance and regulatory readiness across Florida markets.
• Build leadership capacity, scalable processes, and operating systems for growth.
• Maintain exceptional client experience and caregiver capacity; oversee recruitment and retention.
• Foster meaningful relationships with referral partners, healthcare professionals, and communities.
