Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, team performance, client experience, and compliance.
• Drive census growth, revenue, and market presence.
• Develop referral relationships with senior communities, healthcare orgs, and strategic partners.
• Represent the organization at events and sponsorships.
• Lead marketing and business development initiatives (digital and community-based).
• Track metrics (census, revenue, staffing, growth, profitability) to guide decisions.
• Ensure staffing and capacity to support growth.
• Identify and recruit Business Development/Marketing talent as the organization expands.
