Alliance for Care at Home is seeking an Executive Director of Operations & Strategic Growth to lead daily operations in Boca Raton/ Palm Beach and drive growth, census expansion, and strategic partnerships. The role demands hands-on leadership, entrepreneurial energy, and a track record of results in private-pay healthcare.

The ideal candidate will manage operations, build referrals, and shape revenue growth while representing the organization in affluent communities.

Formación

• Leadership experience in home care, hospice, assisted living, skilled nursing, or related healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to manage a healthcare operation and lead teams.
• Demonstrated history of business growth, revenue generation, census growth, or market expansion.
• Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to discuss metrics and results.
• Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly presentable, charismatic, and comfortable representing an organization in affluent communities.
• Entrepreneurial, energetic, and hungry for growth.
• Strong understanding of staffing, compliance, and healthcare operations.
• Direct home care experience preferred, but strong candidates from adjacent healthcare are welcome.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee daily operations, team performance, client experience, and compliance.
• Drive growth in client census, revenue, and market presence.
• Develop referral relationships with senior and retirement communities, healthcare orgs, and partners.
• Represent the organization at networking events, community events, sponsorships, and local opportunities.
• Develop and oversee marketing and business development initiatives, including digital and community strategies.
• Track key metrics like census, revenue, staffing, growth, and profitability to guide decisions.
• Ensure staffing and capacity to support growth.
• Identify, recruit, and oversee Business Development / Marketing talent as growth occurs.
• Maintain high standards of client service, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
• Partner with ownership to set growth goals, evaluate performance, and execute strategic initiatives.
