Job summary

HYFIX is seeking an Ecommerce & Performance Marketing Manager to drive digital advertising, ecommerce and lead generation across Google Ads, Meta, Shopify, and HubSpot. This in-person role in Santa Clara is full-time and hands-on.

You will manage campaigns end-to-end, optimize bidding, and build dashboards to measure ROAS, CAC, and revenue growth in a fast-moving startup environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in hands-on digital marketing or ecommerce.
• Strong experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads management.
• Experience with ecommerce funnels, GA4, and conversion tracking.
• Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Plan and optimize paid search across Google Ads, Shopping, and YouTube.
• Manage Meta ads across Facebook and Instagram and budgets.
• Oversee Shopify storefronts including products, pricing, and promotions.
• Develop lead capture, landing pages, and email nurturing in HubSpot.
• Build dashboards and reports to track ROAS, CAC, and pipeline.
• Collaborate with sales to optimize handoffs and measurement.
