ABA Centers of America in Jensen Beach, FL is seeking a Director of Operations to lead day-to-day clinic performance and scale operational excellence across our growing autism care network. You will partner with leadership to implement growth strategies, manage budgets, ensure compliant processes, and develop a high-performing clinical team dedicated to delivering outcomes.

The role requires strong financial acumen, EMR/EHR expertise, and proven leadership in healthcare operations; you will

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
5+ years of experience in Behavioral Health preferred.
Knowledge of Accounting and Finance.
Knowledge of EMR/EHR and proper documentation.
Strong planning skills.
Leadership Experience.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day leadership and management aligned with the company's mission and values.
Collaborate on growth strategies and process implementation with senior leadership.
Motivate and lead a high-performance clinical team.
Serve as lead client-care liaison with clients and stakeholders.
Ensure proper training and documentation accuracy across teams.
Monitor adherence to documentation timelines and regulatory requirements.
Work with leadership to ensure compliance with accrediting bodies and licensing.
Oversee budgeting, expenses, and financial controls.
Ensure safety for employees and clients; conduct facility tours as needed.
Maintain communication with referral sources and families.
Lead compliance and quality assurance projects.
Generate weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
Facilitate crisis intervention with clinical team when needed.
