GC AI is a leading legal tech platform empowering in-house legal teams and companies with AI-driven insights. We seek a Director of Demand Generation to own our pipeline, design end-to-end demand programs, and scale cross-functional initiatives with Sales, SDRs, and Marketing.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in B2B demand generation, growth, or performance marketing.
• 2+ years leading a team at a high-growth software company.
• Proven pipeline ownership and ability to defend decisions with data.
• Experience managing a seven-figure paid budget annually.
• Experience running demand for product-led and sales-led motions.
• Strong analytics, attribution, and KPI-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Pipeline Number across self-serve, mid-market, enterprise, and expansion motions.
• Lead and grow the Demand Generation team and establish operating rhythm.
• Build full-funnel, ABM-enabled programs aligned with Sales and SDRs.
• Coordinate with Marketing Ops, RevOps, and GTM Engineering on processes and attribution.
• Collaborate with field marketing and digital teams on campaigns and events.
