Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of teaching experience.
• Minimum of 3 years as a school principal.
• Must have valid teacher certification.
• Experience in school leadership and directing of school staff.
• Superior organizational and project management skills.
• Multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Highest level of integrity at all times.

Responsabilités

• Provide leadership to ensure network campuses achieve strong student achievement outcomes.
• Develop and implement educational activities with metrics to track progress.
• Ensure campus compliance with state education regulations and accreditation.
• Coordinate plans network-wide and support academic growth in content areas.
• Lead professional development for teachers and leaders across the network.
• Organize assessments and share results with staff and community.
• Guide instructional leadership and data-driven instruction across campuses.
• Assist in budget development and management for education projects.
