Lifelong Learning (LLAC) is seeking a Director of Strategic Acquisitions and Growth to lead organic and acquisition-based expansion across its network of schools. You will drive partnership development, contract strategy, market expansion, and deal execution, reporting to the Senior VP of Student Services.

The role requires strong business development, mergers and acquisitions experience, and the ability to analyze financials, negotiate terms, and manage complex projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum seven years in growth, partnerships, or M&A.
• Experience sourcing and closing strategic opportunities.
• Travel nationally up to 75% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and market presence.
• Identify and pursue partnerships, contracts, and service agreements with schools and educational agencies.
• Build and manage a robust acquisition pipeline and evaluate targets.
• Coordinate with legal, accountants, and advisers in acquisitions.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
