Job summary

Roof It Forward is seeking a hands-on Google & Digital Lead Generation Manager to own the digital lead generation strategy from start to finish. You’ll drive Google Local Services Ads, manage PPC campaigns, and optimize cost per lead and ROAS.

You’ll also build Meta campaigns, improve landing pages, test new channels, and leverage AI tools to stay ahead of trends and generate more qualified roofing leads.

Qualifications

• 3+ years managing Google Ads, Google LSA, and Meta advertising.
• Experience generating leads for home services or similar industries preferred.
• Strong PPC strategy, bidding, conversion tracking, and campaign optimization.
• Experience using AI tools to improve marketing performance.
• Analytical mindset linking marketing spend to revenue.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Local Services Ads (LSA) strategy, optimization, and performance.
• Manage Google Ads campaigns focused on maximizing qualified roofing leads.
• Serve as internal Google expert and liaison with PPC partners.
• Improve cost per lead, cost per appt, conversion rates, and ROAS.
• Build, launch, and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
• Test new channels and lead generation opportunities.
