Instant Financial is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to own the strategy and hands-on execution of integrated demand gen programs that fill the top and middle of the funnel with qualified opportunities. You will partner with sales to drive pipeline volume, quality, and velocity, reporting on funnel metrics and ROI.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of B2B demand generation experience in SaaS/fintech/HR tech/payroll with a track record of pipeline generation.
• Hands-on experience running and optimizing paid digital programs (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and content syndication/ABM.

Aufgaben

• Own the demand generation strategy and calendar across paid, owned, and earned channels to build qualified pipeline.
• Design, launch, and optimize multi-channel campaigns targeting HR/payroll decision-makers at large hourly-workforce employers.
• Partner with SVP, Sales to define lead scoring and SLAs for marketing-sales handoffs.
• Build and manage nurture programs to move leads through the funnel and improve conversion.
• Manage budget and tech stack (marketing automation, CRM, intent data, analytics) to maximize ROI.
• Stand up and manage ABM programs with enterprise sales.
