Job summary

Rocket Money is seeking a Creative Strategist to lead the experimentation roadmap across digital acquisition. You will own the execution and analysis of creative testing across paid channels, shaping strategy and translating insights into creative direction that drives performance.

You will collaborate with the creative, media, and data teams to design tests, monitor results, and uncover opportunities. This high‑impact role rewards data‑driven innovation and growth.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience in user acquisition or data-driven marketing.
• Strong project management skills with multiple creative projects and experiments.
• Ability to manage a testing roadmap and coordinate across teams.
• Analytical mindset focused on ROAS, CAC, LTV:CAC.
• Expertise in mobile app user acquisition; web acquisition a plus.
• Familiar with creative testing platforms and optimization.

Responsibilities

• Help develop and execute Rocket Money’s creative testing roadmap.
• Collaborate with the creative team to design, implement, and optimize experiments.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of creative performance and translate results into actionable recommendations.
• Establish yourself as the go-to expert in creative experimentation for growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends and platform opportunities.
• Share data-driven trends and outcomes with the team regularly.
