Job summary

Growthub is seeking a Creative Strategist in the United States to turn data into high-impact ad concepts. You will blend research, brand strategy, and creative execution to produce ads that look authentic and deliver measurable results.

You’ll generate 8–16 video concepts per client each month with 3 hooks, collaborate with editors, and optimize campaigns using Meta metrics to boost ROAS. A growth-minded, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience as Creative Strategist in ecommerce and performance marketing.
• Familiarity with Meta ad formats and what makes them perform.
• Strong storytelling and copywriting skills for short-form content.
• Ability to balance creativity and strategy to deliver ads that look good and sell.
• Proficiency with Notion, Slack and project-management tools.
• Growth-minded attitude, testing ideas and staying curious.

Responsibilities

• Develop video and static ad concepts with a direct-response mindset that drives performance.
• Plan production steps to meet deadlines and keep the team aligned.
• Create 8–16 video concepts per client each month, with 3 unique hooks.
• Craft static ad concepts and iterate when video isn’t the only play.
• Collaborate with Creator Coordinators and Editors to ensure ads balance creativity and performance.
• Analyze & optimize using Business Manager metrics to improve ROAS.
• Stay inspired by researching new creative trends and pitching bold ideas.
• Communicate with clients via Slack and calls to keep them informed.
