Qualifications

• Experience leading paid media growth in a fast-moving DTC brand.
• Demonstrated ability to own the creative loop from concept to launch.
• Strong data-driven approach with rapid testing and iteration.

Responsibilities

• Own the paid media creative engine end-to-end, from ideation to live ads.
• Produce high volumes of creative (static, video, AI-generated) and test rapidly.
• Own creative performance reporting and feed insights into next rounds.
• Collaborate with in-house creative to ensure fast, scalable execution.
• Lead performance analysis and optimize the full paid journey for conversions.
