Qualifications

• 8+ years senior accounting leadership experience.
• Strong technical accounting foundation with a track record of improving processes.
• Proven ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations, month-end close, and financial reporting.
• Manage and develop a team of accounting professionals.
• Improve processes, controls, and data integrity across the organization.
• Partner with operations and sales leaders to drive accountability and better decision-making.
• Help optimize reporting systems and dashboards to support scalability.
