Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive finance experience in controller or FP&A roles; private equity experience strongly preferred.
• Industry experience in industrial services, marine, power generation, or defense.
• Proven track record in margin improvement, process optimization, and scalable financial leadership.
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical capabilities.
• Experienced communicator with exposure to C-suite and board-level presentations.
• Entrepreneurial, self-starter mindset; thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee financial management for regional operations, including P&L, balance sheet, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance with investor reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with leadership to identify trends, risks, and opportunities; provide actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Design and implement financial strategies that enable growth, scalability, and cost optimization post-acquisition.
• Partner with operations, sales, and corporate finance teams to align financial performance with business objectives.
• Support executive leadership in preparing board and investor materials, delivering concise strategic insights.
