Job summary

ALLY Construction Services is seeking an experienced Estimator to perform analysis, budgeting, and bidding for projects from $100K to $30M. You will interact with architects, clients, subs, and operations to craft competitive bids and conceptual budgets.

Responsibilities include reviewing plans, identifying omissions, preparing Lump Sum and T&M bids, and maintaining supplier relationships. Travel up to 3 days regionally may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Management or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and drawings to prepare estimates.
• Prepare conceptual budgets, bids, and pricing analysis.
• Identify omitted items and adjust estimates to reflect full scope.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Maintain a cost database and track market trends.
