Job summary

ALLY Construction Services is seeking an Estimator to analyze and price construction projects from $100K to $30M. You’ll develop bids, conceptual budgets and pricing, while coordinating with architects, clients and subcontractors to ensure accurate, competitive proposals.

Role requires regional travel, strong cost analysis, and the ability to maintain a current understanding of market conditions and supplier pricing.

Qualifications

• Excellent estimating, budgeting and financial analysis skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; Blue Beam and Premier desired.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Provide thorough review of plans and drawings to quantify scope.
• Prepare conceptual estimates, bids and budgets for projects.
• Develop schedules with subcontractor input based on data.
• Maintain cost databases and update subcontractor/vendor bids.
• Assist PMs with subcontractor bidding and pricing analysis.
• Travel regionally up to 3 days at a time as needed.
