ALLY Construction Services is seeking an experienced Estimator to analyze plans and prepare competitive bids for projects ranging from $100K to $30M. You will interact with architects, clients, subcontractors, and operations to ensure accurate estimates and timely bids. Reporting to a Sr.

Estimator, you will develop conceptual budgets, maintain cost databases, and stay current with market conditions. Travel regionally up to 3 days at a time across the Northeastern US and Southeast US may be

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction estimating experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Engineering or Management or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in estimating software and cost databases.
• Strong analytical and budgeting abilities.

Responsibilities

• Review construction plans and drawings to develop complete estimates.
• Prepare conceptual estimates, bids, budgets, and pricing analyses.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers for competitive pricing.
• Develop schedules based on input and historical data.
• Maintain cost databases and bidder databases.
