The role collaborates with leadership, consultants, municipalities, contractors, and vendors to meet milestones and keep projects moving forward.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in CRE development/coordination, strong organization, and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in commercial real estate development/project coordination.
• Experience with municipal permitting, plan reviews, civil site plans, or related development processes.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple components.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with confidence communicating with municipalities, consultants, utilities, contractors, and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to interpret basic architectural and civil site plans.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate architects, engineers, surveyors, and other design professionals throughout the development process.
• Manage municipal permitting, site plan reviews, entitlements, plan revisions, and related approvals.
• Coordinate utility approvals, service capacity, easements, and site connections to support timelines.
• Assist with contractor and vendor bidding processes, review proposals, and support value engineering initiatives.
• Support property onboarding, vendor compliance, and service contract setup as projects transition toward operations.
• Coordinate construction closeout documentation, including warranties and manuals.
• Maintain organized digital project records for smooth transitions into operations and asset management.
• Communicate with municipalities, consultants, utilities, contractors, and vendors to keep projects progressing.
