Job summary

Trustomega is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts. You will build strong client relationships, analyze coverage needs, and prepare quotes and renewals. You will work with underwriters to negotiate terms and manage renewals and claims guidance.

A license and strong communication skills are required. The role emphasizes growth opportunities, a client-first approach, and collaboration within a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 3+ years in commercial lines insurance.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial lines insurance or related field.
• Active Property and Casualty license as required by state regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with agency management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients as the primary contact for service needs.
• Analyze clients' insurance needs and provide tailored coverage solutions.
• Prepare and present quotes, renewals, and endorsements to clients.
• Collaborate with underwriters and carriers to negotiate terms and premiums.
• Manage end-to-end renewal processes and ensure timely paperwork.
• Assist clients with claims processing and guidance through claims lifecycle.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes for compliance.
• Conduct regular account reviews and risk assessments for expansion.
