You will manage client relations, provide technical insurance expertise, and support operations to deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include client contact, coverage analysis, renewals, and carrier relations, with a focus on retention and growth in a collaborative team environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty insurance license.
• Experience in commercial property and casualty account management.
• Strong knowledge of commercial lines coverages, including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers' Compensation, Umbrella, and Cyber.
• Excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for commercial clients, addressing coverage questions, service requests, and policy inquiries.
• Prepare, process, and review new business, renewals, endorsements, certificates, and cancellations; analyze exposures.
• Develop renewal strategies based on client needs, market conditions, and carrier appetite; negotiate terms and present proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance; collaborate with producers, account executives, and service teams.
