Job summary

Summit Bridge Partners in the United States is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, address client needs, and drive growth. You will build strong client relationships, collaborate with producers and underwriters, and present renewals and proposals.

The role requires 2+ years in commercial lines account management, a solid understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting, and an active Property & Casualty license.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in commercial lines account management or a related insurance role.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance products, coverages, and underwriting processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build client relationships.
• Proficiency in agency management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Provide proactive support to clients by addressing inquiries, policy changes, and claims processes.
• Collaborate with producers and underwriters to design and deliver tailored insurance solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, renewals, and policy reviews to clients.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell insurance products.
• Maintain accurate and detailed client records in the agency management system.
