Job summary

Highrise Capital seeks a data-driven CMO to own the marketing organization and align initiatives with executive goals. You will build a scalable acquisition engine, oversee brand development, analytics, and CRM, and lead a team to drive funded business with measurable ROI.

You will collaborate with the CEO and sales leadership to optimize the funnel from traffic to funding, implement marketing automation, and develop a repeatable growth framework across channels and partnerships.

• Proven experience in performance marketing and lead generation.
• Strong ability to develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategy.
• Experience managing budgets, teams, and partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Developing and executing Highrise Capital's overall marketing strategy.
• Build a scalable customer acquisition engine and establish objectives.
• Oversee CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and data-driven optimization.
• Lead brand development and conversion optimization across channels.
• Collaborate with CEO and executive team to align marketing with growth objectives.
• Lead generation across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO and more.
• Improve funnel metrics: cost per lead, conversion, and CAC.
• Build and lead a high-performance marketing organization.
