You’ll stay engaged with both new and existing leads, use the CRM daily, and follow up consistently to turn conversations into results.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers through calls, texts, and email in a professional and engaging way
• Follow up with purpose—building relationships, not just checking in
• Work both new and existing customers, including past opportunities, unsold leads, and previous clients
• Maintain consistent long‑term follow-up to stay top of mind until the timing is right
• Use the CRM daily to identify opportunities others may overlook
• Set and confirm quality appointments for the sales team
• Create a personalized, positive experience in every interaction
