Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of business development, sales, account management, recruiting, customer success, or related experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable making outreach calls and conducting virtual meetings.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
• Understands the current marketing ecosystem and SMB marketplace.
• Strong interest in social media and the SMB marketplace.

Responsibilities

• New Business Development: identify prospects and research targets.
• Partnership Development: build referral partner programs and maintain relationships.
• Lead Nurturing: follow up on inquiries and guide prospects through the sales cycle.
• Account Growth Support: identify upsell opportunities and conduct reviews.
• Marketing Support: assist LinkedIn outreach, webinars, events, and content distribution.
