• Drive branch growth by promoting World Finance products and services.
• Support and collaborate with branch teams to leverage strengths.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and standards.
• Build relationships within communities and identify opportunities to grow the business.
• Foster a positive team environment focused on engagement and continuous improvement.
• Travel between branches as required; ensure coverage area policies are followed.
