Job summary

World Finance is seeking an Assistant Branch Manager in South Carolina to work closely with the Branch Manager, gain hands‑on exposure to branch operations, and drive loan sales while managing accounts and collecting on past‑due balances. The role involves daily outbound calls, in‑person customer interactions, and meeting performance goals across sales, collections, tax services, and branch operations.

Compensation is hourly with performance bonuses and advancement potential toward Branch

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high‑volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation services, payments, and issue resolution.
• Process payments, account updates, and document all activity in company systems.
• Shadow the Branch Manager on day‑to‑day operations to build leadership knowledge.
