Job summary

The Staff Pad seeks an experienced Branch Manager for its Grand Rapids, MI location to lead daily operations, sales, and customer relationships. You will oversee inventory, shipping, repairs, and vendor coordination while driving growth and profitability.

You will mentor the sales team, partner with corporate on hiring and training, and ensure branch performance aligns with corporate goals. Occasional evenings/weekends and limited travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of sales experience with 1–3 years in management.
• Experience in low-voltage industries is preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee branch sales and operations including inventory, shipping, repairs/CRS, RM modules and reporting.
• Lead and mentor the sales team and Assistant Branch Manager.
• Develop go-to-market strategies with Sales and Marketing to strengthen vendor relationships.
