Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to reach out to local business owners, open conversations about a simpler way to take orders and payments, and guide them through the switch to our payment and point-of-sale solution.

You’ll be trained before your first call, work with a supportive team, stay close to each new account until it’s live, and earn performance-based pay with monthly bonuses and clear advancement based on results.

Qualifications

• Confident, friendly communicator who enjoys starting conversations.
• Self-starter who likes a goal and a clear way to reach it.
• Coachable and quick to pick up a proven process.
• Experience in sales, retail, hospitality or customer service helps.

Responsibilities

• Reach out to business owners and start the conversation.
• Ask good questions and learn how they handle orders and payments today.
• Show them a payment and point-of-sale setup that fits their business.
• Walk them through the switch and handle their questions along the way.
• Stay close to each new account until it's live and running smoothly.
• Track every lead and next step in the CRM.
