Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is seeking a Merchant Services Representative for a full-time, remote-friendly role. You will engage business owners, illustrate savings on payments, and onboard new merchant accounts with precision. The position emphasizes measurable goals, coaching, and ongoing development.

Expected to grow earnings through performance-based bonuses as you sign merchants and manage the onboarding process from application to launch.

Qualifications

• Confident with numbers and able to explain them clearly.
• Persistent, organized and reliable with follow-up.
• Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision.
• Sales, retail management, or client-facing experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Hold discovery conversations with owners about processing needs.
• Explain current costs and savings opportunities to merchants.
• Recommend a payment and POS package and close the deal.
• Complete merchant applications and guide accounts through approval.
• Maintain contact through launch and ensure a strong start.
• Keep CRM notes and pipeline up to date.
