Job summary

Yancey Bros. Co. is seeking a Business Development Representative for the Rental division to support a geographic area of stores and drive profitable revenue growth.

You will work alongside established sales reps to expand the customer base and deepen relationships with Yancey Rents customers targeted for growth. You will develop sales skills, master Salesforce, gain knowledge of fleet offerings, and demonstrate equipment to customers while upholding safety and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Prev. sales or related experience preferred; leadership and initiative are essential.
• Ability to develop relationships with customers and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop sales skills through customer interaction, quoting, negotiating.
• Generate revenue by targeting underserved customers and new accounts.
• Master Salesforce and leverage it to manage accounts.
• Understand fleet offerings and demonstrate equipment.
• Participate in required safety program and complete tasks assigned by management.
