Job summary

Camden National Bank is seeking a Banking Center Manager to lead service and sales performance in our Maine banking center. You will direct staff, coach for results, and coordinate programs to build customer relationships and drive growth in both consumer and small business segments.

You will supervise recruiting, training, and performance management while ensuring compliance and operational excellence in a collaborative, community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to recruit, develop, engage, and evaluate staff.
• Strong knowledge of bank products and solutions; understand compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and directs activities of banking center staff to meet service, sales, financial and operations goals.
• Leads service and sales management efforts and drives business development in consumer and small business segments.
• Manages, coaches, and motivates staff; recruits and trains employees; monitors performance and handles accountability.
• Promotes retention, expansion and acquisition of customer relationships through sales and service programs.
• Demonstrates Building Trusted Relationship skills to acquire and retain customers; ensures risk and compliance amid daily operations.
