Responsibilities

• Lead an amazing team and bakery-cafe operations to success.
• Plan and manage staffing, scheduling, and people development.
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members.
• Manage team performance to meet goals and guest service standards.
• Partner with GM to develop managers and uphold Panera's guiding values.
• Ensure guests are delighted by the quality of food, service, and team.
• Follow procedures to execute company strategies and maintain policies.
• Maintain a safe, healthy workplace and manage costs and inventory.
