Panera LLC in Greenfield, WI is seeking a General Manager Lead to head a high-performing bakery-cafe team. You’ll own operations, drive guest satisfaction, and ensure smooth shifting, staffing, and development across shifts.

You’ll motivate, coach, and celebrate a team while upholding Panera’s Guiding Values & Behaviors, safety standards, and cost controls. This role requires flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of restaurant General Manager experience preferred.
• ServSafe certification (or ability to achieve).
• Proven ability to drive positive results through strong business acumen.
• Proven ability to run great shifts while directing, motivating, coaching, and developing others in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery-cafe team, plan staffing, scheduling, and development.
• Hire, onboard, train and energize team members.
• Manage performance to meet goals, quality standards, and guest service.
• Develop managers on people processes and Panera's Guiding Values & Behaviors.
• Ensure adherence to policies and health and safety standards.
