Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. seeks a Digital Commerce & Systems Manager to own the end-to-end digital commerce ecosystem, connecting eCommerce with ERP, warehouse, and customer service.

You will drive adoption, manage external partners, and deliver measurable business results in a growing manufacturing environment. This on-site role requires strong business acumen, vendor management, and a hands-on approach to align technology with revenue and profitability goals.

Qualifications

• Built, scaled, or improved an eCommerce operation.
• Experience with order management, fulfillment, warehouse operations, shipping, and customer service.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, WMS, or eCommerce platforms.
• Experience managing software implementations from the business side.
• Strong technical aptitude to understand systems, data, integrations, and processes.
• Basic understanding of programming concepts and ability to communicate with developers.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and workflow automation is highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Own the business side of technology across eCommerce, ERP, warehouse, order-management, shipping, and customer-service systems.
• Translate operational needs into clear requirements for developers and vendors.
• Manage external technology partners and hold them accountable for timelines and outcomes.
• Lead implementations from requirements and testing through rollout and adoption.
• Build scalable warehouse and operational infrastructure to support growth.
• Identify and optimize inefficient processes using technology and automation.
• Partner across operations, engineering, and leadership to connect technology with business operations.
• Establish scalable processes, workflows, and performance standards as the business grows.
• Eventually build and lead the supporting team.
