You should be seasoned in automotive sales leadership, comfortable with a performance-based pay model, and committed to developing people and processes for long-term growth.

Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales management experience
• Comfortable with performance-based compensation
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Willing to complete a pre-employment drug screen

Responsibilities

• Hit monthly volume and gross profit targets and build the plan to beat them
• Recruit and develop a team of sales professionals
• Desking deals with discipline and assist team in closing
• Drive CRM usage, internet lead follow-up, and appointment culture with the BDC
• Create a customer experience that drives repeat and referral business
• Collaborate with F&A, service, and marketing to maximize opportunities
• Set the tone of enthusiasm, accountability, and professionalism on the floor
