Job summary

The Community Choice Financial® Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Tucson, AZ. You will support customers with financial services while gaining hands-on store leadership experience and driving account management, outreach, and risk control.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands of a fast-paced retail role.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions and accurately process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Complete daily campaigns to market services and nurture customer relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes with focus on customer service.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide coaching to Customer Service Representatives to meet quality standards.
• Maintain store security, vault, and cash drawer procedures.
• Support leadership with store audits, reports, and compliance.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment with regular attendance.
