Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ year experience in customer service, sales or retail.
• 3 months supervisory or key holder experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with phones, POS system and Microsoft Office.
• Must be at least 18 years old and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit needs.
• Assess risk and process loan/pawn applications and related transactions.
• Conduct daily outreach campaigns to market services and build relationships.
• Oversee account management and recovery activities while focusing on customer service.
