Responsibilities

• Gives customers prompt and courteous service.
• Observes shift hours and supports store manager.
• Works the manager's days off and covers peak hours.
• Performs tasks as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Communicates effectively with staff and management.
• Follows all laws and company policies.
• Maintains proper uniform and customer service.
• Completes shift change reports and clocks hours accurately.
• Records sales, refunds and deposits as directed.
• Treats associates with dignity and respect.
• Reports personnel issues to the Store Manager.
• Ensures safety and security procedures are followed.
• Keeps merchandise stocked and displays in good condition.
• Maintains store appearance and clean facilities.
• Reports maintenance problems promptly.
