Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service.
• Observe shift hours and assist Store Manager with scheduling.
• Work the Store Manager's days off and cover at least two evening shifts weekly.
• Communicate effectively with store associates and management.
• Follow all laws and company policies, and model professional conduct.
• Ensure accuracy of sales, cash handling, and incident reporting.
• Ensure associates are in proper uniform and deliver prompt service.
• Complete shift change reports and record all worked hours.
• Record sales, over rings, refunds, and complete daily deposits.
• Treat all associates with dignity and manage personnel issues appropriately.
• Maintain store safety, secure cash and merchandise, and supervise check-in procedures.
• Keep coolers and displays stocked and price merchandise correctly.
• Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and sanitation across areas.
• Enforce proper lifting, ladder safety, and wet floor precautions.
• Promote the Huck’s Bucks Loyalty App to customers and assist with sign-ups.
