Caribou Coffee is hiring an Assistant General Manager to develop future leaders and think strategically about the store and district growth. This growth role partners with the General Manager to run the store and make an impact on the team and community.

The AGM will lead by example, foster a joyful, customer-focused culture, and drive performance through effective deployment, problem solving and coaching. Growth and development are emphasized throughout the role.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of restaurant/retail experience with strong customer service.
• Ability to work early mornings, evenings, some holidays and weekends.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates the DOING of Team Member and Shift Leader with enthusiasm and excellence.
• Develop understanding of the business to the level of a General Manager over the course of a year.
• Create connections that last beyond interactions and teach the team to do the same.
• Hit sales goals through the connection between speed & service and lead problem resolution with calm professionalism.
• Manage store funds and enforce cash-handling policies.
• Organizes, executes, and improves administrative tasks and connects daily/weekly/monthly activities to business success.
