Carrols Corporation in Kentucky is seeking a Burger King Assistant Manager to lead shifts, coach Team Members, and uphold BK brand standards while delivering great guest experiences and strong financial results.

You’ll partner with the Restaurant General Manager to drive operations, scheduling, inventory, and safety, while developing a high-performing team through hands-on leadership and clear communication.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in fast-paced environments.
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions.
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing growth.

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Develop and support your people by coaching Team Members and Shift Coordinators to build skills.
• Lead operations by upholding BK brand standards, sharing ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling hands-on leadership.
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory, managing orders, maintaining assets, and ensuring cash control and security.
