Carrols LLC in the United States is seeking an Assistant Manager for Burger King to lead shifts, coach Team Members and Shift Coordinators, and uphold quality, service, cleanliness, and safety while driving guest satisfaction and solid financial results.

You will partner with the Restaurant General Manager to optimize operations, train staff, manage inventory, and support profitability with strong decision-making. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities await the right hands-on leader.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• 1–2 years of leadership experience in restaurants, retail, or other fast-paced environments
• People-first mindset with strong communication and team motivation skills
• Ability to solve problems and make confident, timely decisions
• Commitment to guest experience, BK standards, and ongoing learning and growth

Responsibilities

• Create great guest experiences by serving guests and energizing the team for fast, friendly, crave-worthy service
• Develop and support your people by coaching Shift Coordinators and Team Members to build skills
• Lead operations by maintaining BK brand standards, encouraging fresh ideas, removing roadblocks, and modeling the hands-on leadership your team can count on
• Support profitability by monitoring inventory efficiently, managing orders and assets, ensuring maintenance is completed, and using strong decision-making to maintain cash control & security protocols
