Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, in Rogersville, TN, is hiring an Assistant General Manager. You will oversee daily operations and uphold Sonic standards while leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.

You will also manage inventory, ensure food safety, resolve guest issues, and handle cash and expenses in partnership with the Managing Partner to drive growth and protect the brand.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for shifts, and operate restaurant equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Lead the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and promptly resolve customer issues.
• Oversee financial responsibilities including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect the Sonic brand.
