Sonic Drive-In, proudly franchised by KBP Brands, seeks an Assistant General Manager to elevate restaurant performance through strong leadership and guest service.

You will oversee daily operations, train and schedule the team, manage inventory and food safety, and partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth while protecting the brand.

Qualifications

• Experience as Assistant General Manager or similar role in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy objects, stand and walk for entire shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation.
