Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant General Manager in food service or retail with P&L responsibility
• Must be 18 years or older
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week
• Physical ability to lift, stand, and operate restaurant equipment

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic's brand reputation
