Job summary

Sonic Drive-In, franchised by KBP Brands, is seeking an Assistant General Manager in Tennessee. You will oversee daily operations, uphold Sonic standards, train and schedule the team, and drive performance.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year as AGM with P&L responsibility in fast-service, must be 18+, able to close shifts two nights a week, and capable of lifting and operating restaurant equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year as an Assistant General Manager with profit and loss responsibility in food service or retail.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Availability to close the restaurant at least two nights a week.
• Experience in a fast-service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations while upholding Sonic standards and policies.
• Support the Managing Partner by leading the team in training, scheduling, and performance management.
• Manage inventory, ensure food safety compliance, and resolve customer issues promptly.
• Oversee financial responsibilities, including cash handling and expense control.
• Partner with the Managing Partner to drive growth initiatives and protect Sonic’s brand reputation.
